Read the German versionInformation under Articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2024/900 on the transparency and targeting of political advertising (TTPW-VO). It applies to the app “Sag’s offen” and to the images and videos that can be shared from it. We treat both as political advertising.

About the advertising
- Period
- since the launch of the app in October 2026 until it is switched off, at the latest on 31 January 2027
- Link to the election
- The political advertising relates to the mayoral runoff in Offenburg on 25 October 2026.
- Voting
- Official information from the City of Offenburg on how and where you can vote (polling station, postal vote): og-wahlen.de
Costs and funding
- Costs
- The app is created and run by the campaign itself. The sponsor bears its costs from his campaign’s funds; nobody else pays for the app.
- Origin of the funds
- private, from within the EU (Julian Christ and a donation initiative), as for his other election advertising
- Amounts
- The total amounts will only be known when the campaign ends. We answer questions about amounts and the origin of the funds at kontakt@julianchrist.de.
No targeted delivery
The app does not deliver content based on personal characteristics (no targeting or ad-delivery techniques within the meaning of Art. 18 TTPW-VO). Everyone sees the same feed. The app only remembers on your device which posts you have already seen, so that new ones come first, and under “Nearby” it shows posts around the place you choose yourself. We use no advertising trackers, no profiles and no personal data to decide who sees which content.
The app does not measure views or reach. In public it only shows numbers about interactions, such as how many +1s a post has.
Reporting a breach

Please say which advertisement it is about (for example a link or a description), why you believe it does not comply, and give your name and email address. We confirm receipt and review your report.
